Nora Cuevas is a dedicated volunteer with the Fresno Police Chaplaincy, having served for over 12 years. With a Bachelor's degree in Early Child Development from Fresno Pacific University, Nora spent 18 years as a teacher before transitioning to serve as a Community Service Officer for the Parlier and Selma Police Departments. Nora is deeply passionate about advocating for the safety and well-being of her community, and her commitment to helping at-risk individuals drives her mission to guide them on their journey to healing and empowerment. Her vision is to foster a safer, more informed community through outreach, education, and personalized for individuals and families in need.

Norma Peraida is a dedicated special education teacher who prioritizes creating a safe and nurturing environment for children and families. Her passion for fostering a secure and loving environment is evident in her years of experience as a foster parent. Norm is also committed to supporting children's futures by them opportunities to continue education after high school.
Chelsea

Meet Chelsea, an Army veteran, devoted wife, mother, daughter, and aunt. With a bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology, she is passionate about assisting others, making meaningful connections, and working with youth. Chelsea's goal in the nonprofit sector is to help adults and children feel heard and safe while navigating difficult situations.
Darius
Director of Communications
Darius is an exceptional individual who has demonstrated unwavering commitment throughout his life. Having the highest rank in scouting as an Eagle Scout, he is now pursuing a degree in Computer Software Engineering. Darius has also dedicated his time to volunteering at his local church, the Parlier Department, and in the Marina community, where he assists with computer technology. Beyond his accomplishments, Darius is a caring and loving son, grandson, cousin, and friend.
